Xara follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress and are enjoyable. Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If you have any issue related to size or any defect/damage with the product delivered, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery on our WhatsApp No:  +91 9706129000

Once acknowledged by the Xara team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself and do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his/her signature and mobile number. Xara will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

For hassle free returns, we recommend you to take a video while opening the parcel in case of any damage/defect that may have occurred during transit.
